No snow for Christmas in the land down under …

… Australia is a land of floods and droughts, and 2024 we have had both in different areas of the country, and we live in a drought zone. We are now in the season of bushfires, though where we live it is grass fires in the immediate area, though there are forests and native bushland not too far away. Fortunately there is not a lot of grass this year, though sheep and cattle farmers would prefer the risk of fire than the lack of food for their stock.
